Process Behind the Piece : Aerial Palette

In this elevated sculpture application, the abstract composition of farmland from aerial view was "sliced" in a linear expression and installed in 3D totem forms to cover over 72 feet of white drywall.

Jenny partnered with an experienced team to execute this feat of engineering, 3dIdentity.  Manny Pacheo, Mike Doody and John Huff led the engineering, fabrication and installation at 555 17th Street.

They coordinated with the structural engineer, Jared Lambrecht, the acrylic material manufacturer, 3form, and the site facility managers to execute a flawless installation which met every expectation from both the artist, Jenny and the art client, Cushman & Wakefield.

Over 13 unique totem designs were detailed, fabricated and installed with extremely low tolerances to achieve a repetitious yet dynamic outcome.
