Process Behind the Piece: Dyadic XL

This commission leveraged a network of makers to not only craft the unusually large canvas frame, but build, disassemble, and install the work in two locations.

Jenny’s studio was located in RiNo, at Wazee Union.  Her frame builder, Dan Sjogren, and canvas stretching expert from the Clyfford Still Museum, Dave Seiler, used the cotton canvas from Denver Tent Company to build the massive canvas.

Once completed, it was disassembled, transported, and reassembled on site in its final home at 555 17th Street for commissioner Cushman and Wakefield.
